Through the adoption of FGRBI and Caregiver Coaching we are striving to use evidence-based practices and procedures that will be effective, efficient, and capacity building for both parents and multidisciplinary team members.  We also wish to support staff in developing a common understanding of how to best provides service for a child and family in their natural environment.  We strive to assist our Early Intervention providers in learning strategies for facilitating caregiver’s interactions with their child that promotes participation within their everyday routines.  We will explore professional development on caregiver coaching to best support our Early Intervention staff and the families they work with.
